Online beat licensing is nothing new. Although the term ‘Licensing’ isn’t that hard to understand, the user rights granted to you in a beat license can be very confusing sometimes. There are Non-Exclusive Rights to Purchase and Exclusive Rights, lets move on to what matters most to you as an artist by reading this short review article.

No, you can’t. The free Beats we post are only for non-commercial demo use. If you intend to make a profit off our beats, purchase a license in our store. Please be aware that re-selling our instrumentals without vocal recordings is not allowed in any case. We pursue cases like this legally on a regular basis.

When you preview Beats in our store (or on Youtube Channel), there you hear a Producer Tag (with the name of Producer – Fenixprod), additional voice tags of our brand (#beatsthatfly, #vilniusflava, etc.), and a few sound effects (marking beats as “watermarks”). All these tags play for the entire duration of the Beat. All purchased licenses will remove the “watermarks” & additional voice tags. All beats come with the Producer tag in the intro, however, the licenses with stems included (Platinum and Unlimited Lease) make it optional for you to include the Producer tag.

As we send out all Beats automatically, we will not refund your purchase after completion. We only refund double orders of the same instrumentals that happen by accident!

Sure! You can purchase beats instantly from the Beat Store on the homepage. After checkout you will receive instant access to download the files.

Our Platinum and Unlimited License is an extended version of our Premium License in our beat licensing section. This license also comes with tracked out files of the beat. Tracked out files are all the separate audio tracks of the entire beat delivered in the highest quality WAV format. We highly recommend using these files in order to get the highest quality recording of your song.

We use a few free files compressing formats: .zip and .7z

In order to extract delivered files, you should use any of the programs which recognize these types of files. For example 7z or Keka.

To purchase Beats, simply click the ADD-button next to them in the player on Fenixprod homepage (to get back to it from FAQ just press BEATS on the top Menu). You will then be able to select the desired licensing options. Once selected, the Beat is added to your cart, and you be requested to Checkout Now in the player. To complete your order you can use PayPal or credit card (Stripe) by clicking on the desired option button. You will receive all files automatically right after payment. Make sure to check your SPAM-folder as well.

If this is not the case, simply send us an e-mail with your PayPal receipt so we can send you the order manually. Our products get sent to your PayPal e-mail address right after payment. If you didn’t receive the e-mail after purchase, simply forward your payment receipt to our e-mail address.

If you download a free MP3 sample (indicated by download icon next to the track price) to one of our Beats, you may ONLY use it for upload to Soundcloud / Youtube (non-monetized). Please refer to Free Beats Policy for more details.

In all other cases, you MUST purchase a license for use! We take this very seriously and will pursue legal action if necessary when used illegally.
